30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
How it works
- Fill in the return form below.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address.
- Send the item back. Once we receive it, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
Good to know
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
- Received a damaged or wrong item? Use the form within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (Right of Withdrawal).
